For private laboratory analysis, Klinik Pam collaborates with two private labs for sample testing, allowing businesses and individuals to receive their results within 48 business hours after collection.
How Telemedicine Works at Klinik Pam
To get started, please contact our customer service at 819-243-6919 to schedule an appointment.
A confirmation email will be sent to you with all necessary instructions.
Teleconsultation: For a phone consultation, the healthcare professional will contact you directly on the number provided during the appointment booking.
Video Consultation: For a video consultation, you will receive an email with a link to access your virtual appointment room. It is recommended to log in 10 minutes before the scheduled time using a compatible device (tablet, smartphone, or computer) equipped with a functional camera and microphone.
For an effective consultation, please prepare all necessary documents (photos, prescriptions, etc.) in advance.
The healthcare professional will meet you online at the agreed time.
After the consultation, a member of our team will contact you to provide any prescriptions or recommendations from the healthcare professional you consulted.
Most of the services offered at Klinik Pam are covered by private insurance.
Note: The following conditions cannot be treated through a virtual consultation:
Blue lips, choking, iIngestion of a substance or foreign object, lethargy or drowsiness, loss of consciousness or altered mental state, seizures, severe abdominal pain, severe headaches, medical emergencies, chest pain, difficulty breathing, suicidal thoughts, serious injuries or head trauma, gastrointestinal bleeding.
