The patient acknowledges that the majority of services offered at Klinik Pam are also offered in public health institutions. The patient also acknowledges that the nursing care provided by Klinik Pam is private care, and therefore, is not a service covered by the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec and agrees to pay for these services. The majority of services offered at Klinik Pam are covered by private insurance.
